An established 1.65m wide Davis Standard co-extrusion line, provides coating speeds in excess of 400m/min and the capability to lay down 12µ - 350µ of adhesive in a single pass. This enables Payne to offer solutions to many specialist manufacturers looking for a partner with experience of handling various substrates, in addition to traditional PET and OPP films.

Overall, Payne offers a very flexible production package, capable of processing base substrates ranging from 12µ - 200µ in thickness, with converting machinery to match. Because of the bespoke nature of specialist coating, we will be happy to discuss any requirements.
